Today I posted these 5 quilts to a quilty friend in Bendigo for distribution to bushfire affected people. I hope they are loved and enjoyed and bring comfort.

My progress on dear jane quilt for this week - three blocks - and wait for it - a kite(corner block) Thought I couldnt do the kite but after nearly 4 hours I did!!!

Megan took Ruby to Macorna for a gymnkanha today and came home with 12 ribbons including Champion Handler -one very happy girl
hooray - success!!!!!!
Thanks to all of you have gave me sympathy about the state of my sewing area - two days later its done (well I still have to file stuff Ive printed off...but will do that tonight)
needing motivation
My sewing area looks like a disaster zone and as its part of the room that people walk into when they come into our home its embarrassing So.....Ive posted photos here to MAKE me clean it up = hopefully will soon be able to post "clean and tidy" photos

phew managed to finish SOMETHING in january
Phew.....just in the nick of time......managed to finish something in January!! Sorry for the bad photo but this quilt is HUGE - made with instructions from a blog (http://crazymomquilts.blogspot.com) last year and finally quilted, bound and labelled
