BLESSED SPEEDY

The 4th of March 2024 is now a very special day for our family - it was the day Ollie (Oliver) Michael Sterling arrived! There was a lot of waiting for his arrival and Sarah was 11 days overdue I had been in Airlie Beach awaiting his happy arrival for 2 weeks - Gary and Aimee came for a week but unfortunately missed out on his arrived by a couple of days. Oh he is such a cute little dude! Kris, Sarah, Evie and Jessie are totally besotted with him as are we all! So enjoy the cute pics below and excuse me my lack of blog posting!

goodness its march already! and in theory the start of autumn - however we are finally having the hot days we usually have in summer On the farm we are starting to get paddocks ready for sowing seed that wil grow into feed for our cattle over winter and spring snd only a few weeks off starting to calve again As always busy times on the crafting front ive finished a cute little baby singlet Ive also still been working on the block of the month blocks but nothing really to show this week and yet another pair of socks! On the reading front ive finished one physical book ~ the book that wouldnt burn by mark lawrence I found it a bit wordy and hard going Its the story of two children who live in a library of sorts thats is attacked by what they think are their enemies To be honest i mostly skim read it and didnt enjoynit that much - even though this is the type of book I normally really love so its a 2 star out of 5 for me on the audio book front im still listening to the time travellers
